Our on-site technicians are dedicated to ensuring your event is run to the highest standards with state of the art theatre and conference audiovisual equipment.
Front of House
A warm welcome awaits you from the Duty Manager and our Front of House team. The enjoyment, comfort and safety of your customers are our priorities.
We provide a maximum of four staff depending on your audience size. Their duties include collecting tickets, assisting the audience to their seats and ensuring all health & safety regulations are adhered to. This service can either be included as part of the Box Office Service or will be provided at a one-off charge.
Box Office Service
We offer a full box office service for each concert or show. Tickets will be available for sale from our 24-hour online booking service or from our dedicated Box Office Line (028 9244 7444) up to three months prior to your event.
Promotion
We are happy to help publicise your event through a variety of methods including displaying posters and flyers around the Lagan Valley Island Complex and listing your event on our website. Contact our booking team on 028 9244 7444 for details of our full promotional package.
