The Facilities Management Team at Lagan Valley Island is made up of:

Duty Officers

The duty officers - Sandra, Uel and Russell will be your point of contact during your event. They are on hand at all times throughout your event to ensure you have everything you require to make your event a success.


An essential part of the team, the porters George, Mark and Colin will set your required room up according to your specifications. They will be there on the day to assist the Duty Officers in their role.


Our friendly team of receptionists are your first point of contact on the telephone. They are also based on the ground floor Rotunda and are happy to help, should you have any queries on the day.


Our concierge - Frank will be the first point of contact for those attending your events. Greeted by a friendly face with a welcoming smile, your delegates and guests will be guided effortlessly to their destination.

Booking team

The professional and experienced booking team - Frazer, Sarah and Carolyn are there to take you step by step through the booking process, ensuring a truly successful and memorable event.

Catering team

The Catering Team are dedicated to providing you with the perfect combination of catering options for your event.


Our technicians Cathal, Tim, Ritchie and Luke are available for your event to provide the necessary support and back-up to ensure your event runs smoothly. With years of experience in a wide range of fields, you will be in very good hands.
